ATC Durham Road

I would like to make a Freedom of Information request regarding the recently placed Automatic Traffic Counter (ATC) on Durham Road. I am aware that ATCs are used to measure traffic volumes and speeds but can you please advise why this specific ATC has been placed on Durham Road N2? How many reports has the council received of speeding vehicles on Durham Road in the last year? Has this ATC been placed due to a proposed traffic calming scheme in this area? Are there any other ATCs in N2 currently? If it is found that there are excessive levels of speeding vehicles on Durham Road after the data collected by this ATC, will there be traffic calming proposed?
