Barnet is working with Smarter Society to provide local, independent businesses with skills in using free digital tools.
Tools like Google Business Profile, Google Maps, and other digital and social media can help business owners to:
- Raise their local profile with visitors in the area
- Move up Google search results to find new customers
- Improve their online credibility with accurate info and opening times
- Talk to customers, make offers and respond to reviews
Funded by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund, one-to-one in-store support is available to businesses in Chipping Barnet, Colindale, Cricklewood and Golders Green.
Workshops and help sheets are also available to any Barnet-based independent business.
