Llist of pothole insurance claims

Please could you provide me with a list of pothole insurance claims made to the council for the following years - 2016, 2017 and 2018 (01 Jan to 31 December, or 01 Jan to 01 Dec 2018). For each claim could I have the date of the claim, the location (street name), whether the claim has been resolved, and the amount paid out. Please do not provide this in pdf format (I always ask this but often places forget- would be much appreciated though!). If possible, a csv or excel format is preferable. If it is not possible to provide the information requested due to the information exceeding the cost of compliance limits identified in Section 12, it would be great if you could provide advice and assistance, under Section 16, as to how I can better word the request or make it easier for you. Generally speaking if you can identify any ways that my request could be refined I would be grateful for any further advice.
