Report a missed bin (non-collection)
In severe weather conditions we may be unable to collect your recycling and waste, and collections may be delayed or rescheduled. We will work to complete all scheduled collections wherever possible, so please leave your bins out for collection.
During very cold weather the contents of green bins can become frozen and stuck inside the bin – preventing the contents from being fully emptied by your collection crew. We will empty the contents on your next scheduled collection.

Make sure your bins remain available for collection from 6.30am until they have been emptied. Some collections may take place in the evening.
Our collection crews make a record of the reasons for non-collection of bins (for example your bin may have contained incorrect items, or may not have been left out for collection by 6.30am on collection day).
