Dear Barnet Planning Enquiry and FOI officer, We understand that Deans Brook is a Site of Borough Importance for Nature Conservation and currently there is no public access to this land. See attached map. 1.Please can we have the entry in the register. 2.What protection is made as being designated Site of Borough Importance for Nature Conservation. 3.Please can we have an assurance that the designation and protection of the site will not be changed. 4.And there is still no public access to this land. We also register this as a FOI request.
