Please advise the costs incurred, and will be incurred, with the ongoing extensive refurbishments of all of the above properties, that have been ongoing for at least 3 months at what seems considerable cost to Council Tax Payers ?2. Who authorised these works ?3. From what budget these works were funded and for whose benefit these works are being/were carried out ?4. How the contractors were selected and if this was done by public tender and if not, why not ? 5. When are the works likely to finish ?6. For whose benefit have these works been carried out ?7. Was it considered to sell these properties and reinvest the money from the sales and savings from not undertaking the refurbishments before carrying out the extensive refurbishment ?
