This email follows the FOI response (ref 10613820) on 23 January 20241.Please could you confirm that an Equality Impact Assessment will be carried out as part of the consultation for the draft local plan main modifications?2.What will be the processes to appoint a company to carry out the Equality Impact Assessment?3.Do you anticipate asking organisations such as Barnet Age UK, Inclusion Barnet, Barnet Carers and the LGBT+ organisations to work with Barnet Council to ensure that information being provided to the public and organisations is clear and easy to understand? Clarity of information is one of the Gunning Principles.
