Freedom of Information Request - Business Rates Revenue Raising ConsultantsUnder the Freedom of Information Act, I would like to request the following information:1) Have the Local Authority instructed an RICS accredited Property Advisory company to raise Council revenue from business rates by either identifying properties which have been undervalued in the Rating List or identifying properties which are not in the Rating List but are complete and have not been valued for business rates purposes?Our request does not relate to Rating Advisors who have been appointed by the Council to review and Challenge Rateable Values on their own Local Authority assets.We would be grateful for the information in the following format:* Name of company;* Date of contract award;* Term of contract;
