How many schools in your local authority area have sought exemptions from the legal requirement to hold a daily act of Christian worship in each of the following years: 2022-2023, 2022-2021, 2021-2020, 2020-2019, 2019-2018? For each instance, please specify whether permission was granted, and whether the school/s have suggested alternative arrangements such as, for example, holding no faith or multi faith assemblies. If it is not possible to provide the information requested due to the information exceeding the cost of compliance limits identified in Section 12, please provide advice and assistance, under the Section 16 obligations of the Act, as to how I can refine my request.If you can identify any ways that my request could be refined I would be grateful for any further advice and assistance.
