I am writing to submit a request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. I am interested in obtaining information regarding the council's current IT Service Management (ITSM) tool.Specifically, I would like to request the following information:*The name of the ITSM tool is currently used by the council.*The start date of the current contract for the ITSM tool.*The expiry date of the current contract for the ITSM tool.*The total number of licenses currently in use, including agents/technicians and any additional add-on licenses.*The name of the supplier providing the ITSM tool.*The annual value of the current contract for the ITSM tool.*The name, job title, and contact information (email address and phone number) of the person responsible for the renewal of the ITSM tool contract.
