I would be pleased if you could provide information on the following questions relating to the Equality Impact Assessment for the Draft local plan. 1.Was there a EIA consultation to gain the views from groups from the 9 protected categories. If so A.what are the names of these groups and B.which groups responded.2. what are the dates of the start and finish of the consultation3. what were the procedures for carrying out the EIA4. please can I have a copy of the information provided for the consultation and questionnaire / feedback form that was used as part of the consultation.5.Which organisation conducted the EIA consultation and what was the value of the contract.6. which council officer was responsible for carrying out the EIA7. Is there a report on the methodology and results of the EIA?If so was this reported to a Council committee.
