Please could you send me an Excel or CSV copy of your latest register of all licensed properties, register of licences not granted, and pending applications. Please include the following data for the register of all licensed properties, which are are prescribed for each entry in a register established and maintained under the Housing Act 2004 and the Licensing and Management of Houses in Multiple Occupation and Other Houses (Miscellaneous Provisions) (England) Regulations 2006:a.the name, address and postcode of the licence holder;b.the name and address of the person managing the HMO or house;c.the address and postcode of the HMO or house;d.a summary of the conditions of the licence;e.the commencement date and duration of the licence;f.the maximum number of persons or households permitted to occupy the licensed HMO under the conditions of the licence.Please include the following data for the register of licences not granted, and pending applications:g.the name, address and postcode of the licence applicant;g.the name and address of the person managing the property;g.the address and postcode of the property;g.details of the property, including the number of rooms and facilities;g.the number of households and tenants the applicant want the property to be licensed for;g.Status of the application (e.g. not granted; checks in progress; make a decision).
