1. I am seeking copies of draft HMO Licenses in whatever form they take for the borough be it Mandatory or Additional HMO Licenses or Selective Licenses. I am particularly interested in the terms and conditions and rules and regulations that the Licensees are required to agree, acknowledge or contract to.2. Does the Department of Leveling Up sanction the basis of each document or is it self governing within the borough?
