Highway inspection records

BTP51485 I am instructed on behalf of British Telecommunications plc in connection with a damage claim being brought against our client. To assist me with my investigations, and in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I require copies of the highway inspection records together with all opening/closing notices, defect notices and records of complaints for 24 months prior to 29 March 2016. Please also provide a copy of the first highway inspection after 29 March 2016.In respect of the opening and closing notices these are work any works undertaken at the location. The location for our request is 5 High Street Barnet, EN5 5UE. I shall be grateful if you could forward the records to me within the next 20 days. We shall of course pay your reasonable photocopying charges.
