Environmental complaint data

I am sending this email to apply for the environmental complaint data (including noise complaint, air complaint and other environmental complaints) under Freedom of Information. I want to apply environmental complaint data from 1/1/2013 to 31/12/2023 (10 years) in excel or csv file. The information I need are the location (postcode, coordinate, or as fine/detailed as possible), ward name/code, received date, type of noise complaint. If there is any abbreviation or code in the dataset, could you also attach the dictionary or notes for the dataset? I copied some records from previous open data (form an excel file) below as the example for clarifying my request.Please see attached
