WATOK Regulations

I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 ('the Act') to request information from London Borough of Barnet regarding the enforcement of the Welfare at Time of Killing (England) Regulations 2015 - hereafter referred to as 'WATOK'.Please respond to the following questions, providing separate figures for decapods and cephalopods. We have provided an Excel table for your convenience. We are happy to receive the information in this form, or any other.1. How many members of staff (or full-time equivalent) does the Council employ with responsibility for ensuring the WATOK Regulations are enforced.2. What training have staff members received in relation to ensuring the Council's enforcement obligations under WATOK are fulfilled.3. What guidance, if any, the Council has issued relating to adherence to WATOK to a) Officers and b) businesses4. Any policies the Council has in place relating to the sale of live animals on Council owned land, including markets.5. How many reports to the Council have been made regarding the adherence to WATOK Regulations in each of the past 3 years for which data is available.If this request is too wide or unclear, I would be grateful if you could contact me as required by your duty to advise and assist requesters.If any of this information is already in the public domain, please direct me to it, with page references and URLs if necessary.If the release of any of this information is prohibited on the grounds of breach of confidence, please supply me with copies of the confidentiality agreement, as information should not be treated as confidential if such an agreement has not been signed.If it is not possible to provide the information requested due to the information exceeding the cost of compliance limits identified in Section 12 of the Act, please provide advice and assistance as required by Section 16 of the Act, as to how I can refine my request.
