I am writing to make a request for the following information enclosed in this letter, to which we are entitled under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.xxx Surety are the only company in the UK that specialise solely and exclusively in the procurement of road and sewer bonds on behalf of housebuilders.I cam confirm we are seeking information on Technical Approvals that have been granted for S38 or S278's by the council, London Borough of Barnet.I would be grateful if you could provide me with the following information on all Section 38 & Section 278 technical approvals granted from the 1st October 2023- 31st December 2023. In the interest of protecting our environment, I would like to request that the above information is sent to xxxxThis information should be easily accessible to London Borough of Barnet, as other Local Authorities have swiftly provided this information.
