East Finchley Controlled Parking Zone

Under FOI request (ref No. 114568450) the Chief Officer decision entitled East Finchley - Proposed Controlled Parking Zone (CPZ) (undated) was released. The appendicies referred to in this report were not released.This request is in two parts:1 - that Appendicies A, B, C, D, E.F, G, H and I (and any others connected with this report) be provided and made public2. An explanation be provided as to why this report and its appendicies are not public and made available on the Barnet website (if this is incorrect please provide a direct link to the documents) unlike the CPZ report for Burnt Oak North which was prepared in the same period.
