I have seen a letter from the developers stating the proposal to build 1500 units at Great North Leisure Park, High Road, N12 0GL. LBB draft local plan (Reg 18) site selection background report, December 2019 site 67 Great North Leisure Park shows 352 units.I can only see three ways for this huge difference.1.The report has been revised. If so please send e a copy.2.The 1500 units is on the advice of planning officers. If so please send me a copy of this advice3.The developers are having a laugh and being optimistic.
