I was not able to find your public licensing register online. I require information about the following premises: Hadley Hotel , 113 Hadley Road, BarnetEN5 5QNPlease can you confirm the following: * Who the licensee is* Who the DPS is * The date both were instatedI have ascertained that the Licensee is Executive properties Ltd but cannot confirm the DPS. Can you please assist ? We work on behalf of the English Premier League, Sky Sports, and the PPL and PRS musical performance and Publishers Associations in respect of the protection of their broadcasts or musical works from being exhibited or played to the public without the proper authorisation or royalty payments being made. The information requested is in contemplation of legal proceedings in these respects. Under the GDPR in the new Data Protection Act 2018 (schedule 2, para 5(3)), because the information is required for prospective legal proceedings, and for exercising legal rights (i.e. copyright), I request that this information be provided.
