Service Funding Information required Under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I, , am writing to request information regarding the Service Charges funding accounts raised by Grahame Park Residents. Additionally, I would like to inquire if residents have the possibility to audit the Housing Revenue Account (HRA). I am specifically seeking the following details for each year from 2019 to 2024:Breakdown of the total revenue collected through Service Charges.*Allocation of the Service Charges funding to specific accounts and the budget categories.*Details on how the Service Charges funds were utilized or spent during each respective year - expenditure categories.*Any service charge contributions paid to the housing revenue account by other associations like Notting Hill Genesis, Catalyst, and any other housing associations that are located on Grahame Park estate as defined in 1970. Please provide information if exceptions are made.*Financial Audits or Reports: Request copies of any financial audits or reports conducted on the Service Charges funding accounts, including any findings or recommendations made by auditors.Please provide a breakdown for each year. I kindly request that the information be provided in a clear and comprehensive format, preferably in Word or PDF. This request is made in the interest of transparency and accountability regarding the management and utilization of Service Charges funds by Grahame Park Residents.
