Thank you for your letter of 15 April 2024 which records that the Council received my letter of 14 March 2024 to [Officer name redacted] and4 April 2024 to John HootonIn the letter of 4 March 2024 a request was made for a copy of a 'missing enclosure'; and in the letter of 4 April 2024 a request was made for a contact number with extension, with a name of the relevant officer, so that a visit to the Council offices could be arranged to inspect the plans pertaining to the subject property.Your helpful comment at the foot of the letter under reply is welcome. I do not have access to the internet - so would you 'assist me further' - by providing me with a contact name and telephone number extension, so that I can arrange to attend the Council's Offices to inspect ALL relevant plans appertaining to building works to the property under reference.The plan 3012/4A provided with your letter under reply clearly indicates that there are other plans in respect of the proposed works to the original structure.I have today tried to make contact with you by telephone, but was unsuccessful.A 2 line reply to this letter with the requested contact details is all that is necessary to advance this matter. Accordingly, may I please hear from you within the next 7 days.I trust I will now have the Council's fullest co-operation onwards.
