Dear Council FOI Team,Under the Freedom of Information Request I would be grateful if you could provide the below information.For any sitting elected councillor in your council between 2020 and 2024:1. Any councillor who has received a court summons regarding the non-payment of council tax between 2020 and 2024, and if so which members they were (with name), the party of these members and what the amount involved was in each case.3. If any reminders or notice of arrears were served on any elected members between 2020 and 2024 and, if so, which members they were, the party of these council members, and what the amount involved was in each case.
