Illegal sublets by council tenants

This is a Freedom of Information request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.From the time period between 2021 and 2024 please provide the data for the number of council flats and houses that were found to be illegally sublet for each year.For each case, please provide a description as to what happened. i.e outcome, prosecution, fines and please explain the platform or method used to rent out the property e.g Airbnb or Zoopla and how it was discovered.
