Annual income and expenditure report for the fiscal year 2018

I am requesting the annual income and expenditure report for the fiscal year 2018 under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, Section 1, which grants the public the right to access information held by public authorities.Additionally, I understand that under the Local Government Act 2003, specifically sections 32 and 43, and the Accounts and Audit Regulations 2015, particularly regulations 9 and 10, councils are required to maintain proper accounting records and produce a statement of accounts annually. These documents are also subject to audit as mandated by the aforementioned legislation and should be made available for public inspection.Please provide the documents in electronic format.
