If so, provide the report. - At the time of the sale, was the property up to date with building regulations? Were issues relating to fire safety, wiring, accessibility assessed. - What "life expectancy" was determined for the home?- Were the buyers informed of the non-traditional construction of the property? Please provide what information was given to them.
