Long Term Empty Properties

I am looking for a list of long term empty properties within your Council area (specifically residential properties that have been vacant for more than six months). Would you be able to supply me with these under the Freedom of Information Act? A spreadsheet will suffice, I require no personal information, simply the full property address including postcode.If possible will you also be able to identify their ownership? By ownership, I would like to know whether they are Council, Housing Association or privately owned.
