Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, please can you provide me with information on EPC ratings.How many of your local authorities social homes has an EPC rating of D or below in each financial year since 2018/19How many of your local authorities social homes has an EPC rating of C or above in each financial year since 2018/19How many of your local authorities social homes have been upgraded from a Band EPC D or below to C or above for each financial year since 2018/19How much have you spent on upgrading your local authorities social homes insulation in each financial year since 2018/19If it is not possible to provide the information requested due to the information exceeding the cost of compliance limits identified in Section 12, please provide advice and assistance, under the Section 16 obligations of the Act, as to how I can refine my request.If you can identify any ways that my request could be refined I would be grateful for any further advice and assistance.
