S106 Enforcements and Completions

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I would like to request the following information as a new FOI pertaining to Section 106 agreements under the Town and Country Planning Act:1.Total number of Section 106 agreements since 20152.Total number of Section 106s a) invoiced, and b) invoiced as per original S1063.Total number of Deeds of Variations successfully obtained by developers in relation to S106A since 20154. Total number of enforcement 'matters' pertaining to S106 since 2015 Clarification on 17.06.2023 'Enforcements' pertains to a) chasing of (financial) debt through issuing statements or for an injunction or otherwise b) a legal 'enforcement' matter issues on behalf of the Council against the developer for failure to complete financial or non-financial (i.e. construction) obligations5. Total number of completions in line with S106 since 2015 Clarification on 17.06.2023By 'completions', we are referring to the number of S106 fulfilments - including both financial contribution and construction obligation fulfilments. I would like this information provided in an Excel spreadsheet or other digital document format if possible. If full information is not available, please provide partial information (including of reduced number of years if applicable) instead of a refusal.
