Housing IT Systems

1.Can the council confirm which electronic IT housing management solution(s) is used to process homelessness applications, rent accounts and manage council owned housing stock?2.When a household has a homelessness need, what IT systems are used to source property availability from private property agents or landlords? Many LA's are using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PDF, Docusign and traditional telephone ring-rounds to place people is this the case?
