On 26th and 27th June, between 9am-5pm, everyone aged 18 or over can simply turn up to get the Pfizer jab without an appointment. You can get your second jab if your first was at least eight weeks earlier. People will not need to be registered with a GP or have their NHS number.

StoneX Stadium is located on Greenlands Lane, Hendon, NW4 1RL. For the location, visit https://goo.gl/maps/8R82Di3i6jwZJ3mU9 . Free parking will be available.

StoneX Stadium is a former Olympic training venue and has recently been transformed from a sports arena into a mass vaccination centre to help get as many people vaccinated as possible this summer.

Outside of this special walk-in weekend, people can still book their vaccine at this location by selecting StoneX Stadium when they call 119 or visit the NHS website to make their vaccination appointment.

Dr Tamara Djuretic, Director of Public Health at Barnet Council, said:

"COVID-19 cases are rising across Barnet and getting vaccinated is still the best way to keep yourself, friends, family and your community safe.

"The more we get vaccinated, the sooner we will be able to return to a more normal life and the things we enjoy doing.

"Please continue to follow the national rules and the Hands Face Space Fresh Air guidelines even after you’ve had the vaccine."

The COVID-19 vaccine is safe, effective, and it has already saved thousands of lives. It is riskier to get infected with the virus than to get the COVID-19 vaccine. There is no evidence to suggest that the vaccine will affect women or men’s fertility.
