About the Street Cleansing team
We maintain 21 town centres as well as residential streets. This includes emptying street litter bins, both manual and mechanical sweeping, leaf clearance and weeding. We also tackle fly tipping and graffiti with dedicated crews.
We are looking for hard working, motivated, reliable people to join our team.
What we need from you
You will need to have a full UK driving license and be comfortable driving 3.5 tonne vehicles.
Our operatives need a good level of physical fitness and a will be required to work in all weather conditions.
You will be representing the Council and will need to be courteous and helpful at all times.
