If you suspect a vehicle is abandoned Before you report a vehicle as abandoned, check what the likely signs are first. Then decide if you still want to submit a report. We won't intervene in residential disputes about vehicles outside your property, or if you simply do not like a particular vehicle in the street where you live.

Once we've decided how much benefit you'll get, we'll send you a letter telling you how it was worked out. If you disagree with our decision, you can ask us to give an explanation or to look at our decision again, or you can appeal directly to the independent tribunal.
