Blue Badge is a national scheme that helps people with disabilities or health conditions park closer to their destination. Who can use the Blue Badge The badge is for the holders use and benefit only. A Blue Badge can be used in any vehicle in which the holder is travelling. The holder doesn’t have to be the driver.   You must only use it if the holder is travelling in the vehicle as a driver or passenger. Or, if someone is collecting or dropping the holder off.
